- Brush only when hair looks tangled even though it feels like it. The less you touch it, less hair snaps off themselves.

- Only washing hair when it starts to feel greasy and make sure to oil hair before washing.
Recommend Product to use: Use the best and top organic Hair oils out in the market as they are the most effective and their effects lasts!
- When washing, put conditioner on the ends of your hair first before shampooing your scalp to avoid or lessen the damage leaving your hair drying even more and breaking off.
- Only shampoo the scalp to retain moisture in ends of your hair
Recommend Product to use: Using a good and quality products is a must, this is what I use for my hair:
- Use hair growth and treatment products
Taking hair growth supplements are very effective for some people I heard as well and there are a lot of them in the market or even online. You just need to be careful on which product to use and please make sure that they are good for your overall health and they are coming from authentic seller selling authentic products.
I promise you guys! Using satin pillowcases does have effects, I notice that when I wake up I get just few stands of hair fall and my hair feels better when I stared using satin pillowcases. For me it doesn’t matter even if they are synthetic or natural satin, it does the job for me!
- Leave your hair, don’t keep finger combing it!
I noticed that the more I finger comb my hair the more hair fall I get, so I started to make it a habit tonever touch my hair and leaving it be. Specially when I am outside, I would only style my hair and leave it the whole day. I will just brush it whenever it is necessary and I really have to fix my hair.
I do have a habit of combing my hair whenever I am not doing anything before or whenever I feel awkward or shy when having conversation with someone. I noticed that after as a bad habit and is really ruining my hair and I get hair falls doing so.
After getting my hair bleached and I have entered the platinum blonde era of mine, I have learned to just leave my hair as the more you touch it, the more hair fall or breakage I am noticing in my hair.
“Also, do not let anyone touch your hair roughly!”
- Use hair mask every wash day.
Using hair masks after a week or two really helps my hair a lot and my hair feels smoother and healthier after every wash with hair mask. It is giving back all the nourishment that hair needs plus it keeps it from getting brittle preventing hair from being damaged. Specially for platinum blonde hair, it is so hard to maintain… but with the right products and you know how to take care of your hair. You will get away with all of the damaging experiences for your hair.
Researching about doing so as well gives you the knowledge and key points on how can you keep your hair healthy and what things or activities to avoid to maintain your hair.
- Hot oil Treatment is a must every other week.
Hot oil treatments are a game-changer for my hair. They deeply condition, lock in moisture, and strengthen my strands, reducing breakage. Plus, the scalp massage feels amazing and promotes healthy hair growth. It's like giving my hair a spa day at home!
- Less to No heat at all is better
Heat can really wreak havoc on hair. It strips away moisture, leaving it dry and brittle, which can lead to breakage and split ends. Over time, excessive heat styling can weaken the hair shaft, making it more prone to damage. It's important to use heat protectant products and limit heat styling to keep hair healthy and strong. If you really need to use heat, please make sure to use a lot of heat protectant, it is a must to keep your hair stay healthy as much as possible.
- Let your hair rest for 7 days after retouching roots
After getting your roots retouched, make sure to leave it for 7 days without washing for your hair to have time to recover and absorb back your natural oils. Doing so does not shock not just your hair but also your scalp and it keeps your new growth protected.
While in this process as well, do make sure to help your ends by applying hair oils 3 times a day “only on the ends of your hair” to help it retain moisture or keep it moisturized.
- It’s normal to see many hair falls when brushing specially on wash day and after brushing thoroughly.
Hair fall after not washing and brushing for a week is normal due to the natural shedding
process where around 50-100 hairs fall daily, but when not brushed or washed, these hairs accumulate and fall out when finally brushed or washed, giving the impression of increased hair loss. Additionally, tangles and knots formed during the week can cause hair breakage during brushing. Moreover, the buildup of oils, dirt, and products on the scalp can lead to some hairs being dislodged during washing. However, if excessive hair fall persists or is accompanied by other symptoms, seeking professional advice is advisable.- Massage scalp to promote hair growth.
Massaging your scalp can promote hair growth through several mechanisms. Firstly, scalp massage increases blood flow to the hair follicles, delivering more oxygen and nutrients which are essential for hair growth. This improved circulation also helps in removing toxins and waste products that may hinder hair growth. Additionally, scalp massage can reduce stress and tension, which are known to contribute to hair loss. Furthermore, massaging the scalp can stimulatethe release of certain hormones such as serotonin and endorphins, which can promote relaxation and may have indirect effects on hair growth. Finally, scalp massage can help to distribute natural oils produced by the scalp, keeping the hair and scalp moisturized and healthy. Overall, regular scalp massage can contribute to healthier hair growth by improving circulation, reducing stress, and maintaining scalp health.
- Do not over use Purple shampoo if you don’t want to look weird 😂
Use purple shampoo to tone your hair and keep your hair from turning yellow. But over or excessive use of it can leave stains in your hair and it does not look good specially when the color is not spread out, you will find yourself having violet patches all around your head and it does ruin the whole snatched look of your bleached hair, specially when it is platinum.
More tips:
- No tight hair styles
