The less you scroll on social media, the less you compare yourself.
When you focus on doing what you really want to do. You will find yourself slowly growing and not low-key imitating what you see online or intimidated with how people are doing in their lives.
You will never lose your path because you are too busy building yourself, not comparing yourself.
Comparing yourself will only result in low self-esteem and it will slowly destroy your personality and your value.
You will lose your path because you will slowly redirect yourself to other things and you will find yourself losing interest in what you used to love doing.
Remember, there are millions and diverse content that you will find on the internet. With a bunch of categories and yes, we cannot deny that all of them are interesting. Because there are a bunch of them, it messes up with our head and we start to like new things over and over again.
And without control, you will spend more time than you ever expected.
Losing your control will also result in losing yourself.
So be responsible for using social media and never lose yourself by comparing yourself to what you see online.
Do you notice that after scrolling on social media you feel kind of tired and drained?
